Founded in 2016 by seasoned professionals Maria Concepcion S. Julian (President/CEO) and Gilbert S. Torres (Executive Vice President/COO), Touchcore Solutions was built with a bold vision: to create a company that doesn’t just deliver — but truly listens, adapts, and solves.


Together with a team of experts from data centers, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, and academia, we bring over 20 years of combined experience into every engagement.
